What kind of therapy services do you offer?

Revive 180 Counseling offers a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Utilizing EMDR, we help clients overcome anxiety, depression, dissociation, phobias, addiction, and post-traumatic stress. Our client-centered approach combines relational EMDR with techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), ego states, and attachment theory to create a personalized therapeutic experience. Additionally, we provide structured 12-week anger management groups that meet court-ordered and Children's Division requirements, welcoming clients of all ages from 5 to 95.

Are we a good fit?

Meet one of our therapists and find out! It is extremely important that you feel safe and that your voice is heard with your therapist. Therapy is your space to do your work. We have had wonderful feedback from clients who express their sincere gratitude for being allowed to have their voice heard and feel a connection with someone who cares. If you meet and it is determined that you are not a good fit after an initial session, we are happy to share additional referrals for other therapists in the Potosi Missouri and surrounding areas.

EMDR Intensives

Taking off work or school every week and interrupting your daily routines is a thing of the past. EMDR intensives are structured in a way that you will receive several hours of therapy in one to three sessions to drastically reduce problematic symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, or a variety of other life stressors. No more continued in and out appointments that interrupt your life when you can feel better in a few days.

*EMDR is covered by insurance, however, EMDR intensive sessions may not be fully covered by insurance and will require private pay arrangements.

What do you offer as a clinician?

We offer a caring and empathetic environment designed to assist you in working through trauma quickly and in the most compassionate way possible. Our agency stays updated on evidence-based psychotherapy research, continuously seeks out advanced trainings to bring back opportunities for healing to our clients. We offer a limited number of spots in my practice to ensure that each client gets the attention, care, and responsiveness they deserve.

When and Where will we work together?

We offer both in office and virtual therapy visits to meet the needs of our clients.

I support clients who are physically in the state of Missouri.

• Standard therapy options are available in office located in Potosi.

• Virtual visits are available for traditional 1-hour sessions. 

• Adjunct EMDR Intensive sessions are scheduled in collaboration with client's primary talk therapist as a way to enhance regular therapy sessions. These are typically 2-3 sessions and client will return to primary therapist.

What is your fee?

Standard therapy rates can be requested and will be provided as part of the "No Surprises Act."

Personalized EMDR treatment (called intensives) are half-day to multi-day programs that include a customized client workbook specific to your goals. Fees are based on your needs and program design and are communicated ahead of time in accordance with the No Surprises Act. Please see our "Cost/Fees" page for specific rates.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Yes we do have a limited number of sliding scale spots available for those who meet specific income requirements.  Sliding scale spots are typically time limited but are often renewable if the need continues. 

Do you offer Christian counseling services?

Upon client's request all services may incorporate biblical principles, scripture, and Christian values. Check out our for Christian counseling section.

Can I use my insurance to pay for therapy?

Revive 180 Counseling now accepts Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Healthy Blue, Homestate Health, Medicare, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), United Healthcare Community Plan (Medicaid), Tricare East, and UMR. It's best to determine the exact details of your policy ahead of time, including what benefits are available regarding out-of-network providers. Revive 180 will not directly communicate with insurance companies that are out of network and is not responsible for non-payment of out of network claims. You may use HSA cards and Flex spending cards to pay for services.
